We’ve called this programme NOT YOUR AVERAGE BOOTCAMP, it is our aim in the 90 DAYS to improve every aspect of your nutrition, confidence, lifestyle, habits, energy and mood.

NO TIME

First, let’s create a time-efficient process for you — whether you have kids, a hectic work schedule or don’t have enough hours in the day… 

1. We’ll start with an exercise schedule that requires only 120 minutes per week — You can achieve this by choosing from 5 sessions per week. These are on various days/times and range from 60 minutes to 45 minutes. We will get you clear on what training to do within your limited time, the most effective calorie-burning exercises will be programmed whether it’s a bodyweight workout, equipment workouts or a blend of both. 

2. We’ll provide nutritional information and guidance that will enable you to plan your short- and long-term goals. We will also gift you with our high protein recipe book. This is full of varied and easy to make delicious meal ideas, which is invaluable to help you get started on your health and fitness journey. 

3. Next, we’ll design your ideal week. A fitness routine doesn’t have to “get in the way”. We highly value an enjoyable lifestyle whilst eating and training well so using our habits and daily planner we can make time for workouts, family, socialising and downtime. 

The result? You’ll be 100% confident in YOUR ability to take ownership of all your decisions and live a healthy and confident life.

NO PLAN

For most people, it seems like there is only one option – pay for a gym membership and not necessarily use the equipment properly or effectively with limited guidance.

  1. We will give you a plan to get you results 10-30 days into the program using our quick win formula. Reduce bloat, more energy and better sleep. 

2. The plan will be designed in a progressive way meaning we meet you where you are at just now, nail the basics, then progress to an advanced version to ensure you never stall in our programme.

3. Finally, after your first initial phase of fat loss, we will brainstorm your next steps with our Masterplan PDF and set some exciting future goals for you.  

By now, your plan will be fully integrated into your lifestyle and your results will be obvious to family and friends but most importantly, you.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY

I’ll be honest, without this, the first two don’t matter.

Anyone can find a workout plan from Google and follow it. Sure, it won’t be progressive but it still beats sitting on the couch. Using our unique check-in style, we will be able to identify your biggest wins and lessons of the week so that you are never a day away from getting unstuck and moving forward. We pride ourselves on the support and togetherness this programme offers. 

If you are having a great week, then you won’t have a 20-question essay to complete at the weekend as our simple traffic light system identifies that, less time completing forms and more time celebrating your weekly wins with the group. Be an inspiration!! 

Finally, our group is set up in a unique way. We have “Food Inspo” Exercise Tutorials & a Bunch of “How to’s” right at your fingertips. This means you are never stuck with how to do an exercise or what to have for dinner that night.

Where and When?

Callendar Park, Falkirk (Mon 6am-6.45am, Tues 6.30pm-7.30pm, Wed 6am-6.45am, Thur 6.30pm-7.30pm, Fri 5.45am-6.45am, Sat 7.30am – 8.15am)

You will be added to a private Facebook group and we will be in there daily to support you for the next 90 days and beyond. 

How Does It Work?

This isn’t a ‘Regime’ where you have got to find loads of time in your busy schedule, watch endless generic videos and train twice per day. You will be mixing with like-minded people who will give you endless support. 

During our time together we will communicate via a private group, talk on WhatsApp about your journey and track your progression. 

How much time do I need?

We recommend you set aside at least 2-3 hours a week for training and nutrition. We’re going to be working closely together but it isn’t going to be drawn out. I’m aware of busy schedules. 

Groups thrive on contribution. When you are getting wins, we need you to share the success so others can learn from you.

What’s The Investment?

First payment of £45.00 followed by subsequent monthly payments by Direct Debit. There is no start-up fee.

Is there a guarantee?

No, however let’s look at the best and worst-case scenarios:

Best Case: over the next 3 months, you learn how to improve your nutrition. You get confident. You feel great. You are part of an amazing community. You will progress with each session as no two classes will be the same. We keep it varied and interesting, so you will finally “get it” when it comes to exercising, lifting weights.

Worst Case: maybe it doesn’t work. Maybe you are a few weeks in, and you decide it’s not for you or the content isn’t quite right, you jumped in too soon, or you decide that the banter isn’t funny after all!!! In which case, you can cancel at any time by giving 7 days’ notice.
